About course
This is a level 1 course, where you will familiarize yourself with the foundations of chromatography. The course provides an excellent foundation for those who will use chromatography techniques for research or biomanufacturing purposes.
You will learn what chromatography is with a focus on column chromatography and resins. You will also get an overview of common chromatography techniques. In addition, the course provides a first glance into developing purification strategies and shares an overview of automated purification using chromatography systems.
The course is divided into several short topics, which can be accessed and completed individually. The full course will take you about 30 minutes to complete.
