About course

This free online course explains the fundamentals of the UNICORN™ software for chromatography runs. After completion you’ll understand the purpose of the different modules and know how to perform key tasks such as:

- How to set up users and connect protein purification systems

- How to create a predefined method

- How to control your chromatography run in real time

- How to perform basic data evaluation


The course includes instructional images and videos as well as a quiz to test your knowledge. You can access and complete each lesson individually, with the full course taking around 35 minutes to complete.

Certification
